Finance Manager - Accounting & FP&A About the Role We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to own and continuously improve our financial planning, accounting operations, and strategic finance capabilities. This individual will serve as the operational lead for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, and business planning while partnering closely with leadership, department heads, external accounting partners, and other cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for ensuring the organization maintains accurate financial reporting while providing the insights, forecasting, and strategic guidance needed to support rapid company growth.
