What the role asks for
What you'd do
- Own end-to-end platform delivery for fund requirements through engineering, QA, and go-live. You are accountable for the fund platform success, not just features shipped

- Experience working with internal platforms, trading workflows, or data systems
- Ability to trace how business requirements interact with platform architecture, partner with engineering to shape solutions, surface hidden dependencies, challenge assumptions, and present structured tradeoffs, not just requirements capture

We offer the most expansive suite of crypto ETPs available on regulated European exchanges. Founded in 2018, 21Shares is led by a team of talented entrepreneurs and experienced professionals from the asset management and banking industry. Headquartered in Zurich, the company has launched several exchange-traded products such as NEAR and ONDO in the last twelve months. We are looking for a Product Manager to own the ongoing success of a fund platform by determining which system capabilities, workflows, and controls should be built to support both initial product delivery and long-term scale. This role sits within the technology organization, reporting to the SVP of Technology Products, and is responsible for translating business outcomes into scalable product capabilities rather than bespoke implementations. The role is accountable for building the platform capabilities a fund needs to operate and scale, from back-office foundations through middle and front office workflows, delivered in a format that applies across funds rather than being rebuilt for each one. The measure of success is a fund platform that remains reliable, scalable, and economically viable at every stage of its lifecycle. (NYC only) Pursuant to Section 8-102 of title 8 of the New York City administrative code, the base salary range for this role is $135,000.00 - 150,000.00.
