About the Role We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to build AI Agents for Healthcare. The ideal candidate will be a product-minded, hands-on builder with deep LLM/agent experience (tool use, function calling, RAG, evals) and strong systems design/MLOps chops experience. This role requires a dynamic individual who can drive end-to-end delivery of agentic workflows and lead a cross-functional team in sales, operations, marketing, recruiting, and product management. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for technical strategy, architecture, and execution of our agent platform. Compensation The estimated salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000. Total compensation for this position may also include stock options.
