Why This Role Exists We’re expanding our Endocrinology services and need a founding clinician to serve as a part‑time consultant. You will help us shape local care models, expand insurance contracts, and if interested, create a launch‑pad to build or grow your own independent practice-without the usual operational headache. Key Responsibilities - We are looking for a variable commitment, up to 1 hr commitment per week - Advise on policies and outcome metrics to ensure evidence‑based, family‑centered care. - Act as the primary credentialed provider for the group when we are applying to commercial and Medicaid plans in your state. Ideal Candidate - Active Endocrinology license in good standing in Florida. - Familiarity with payer credentialing or utilization‑management processes is a plus. - Passion for expanding equitable private practice care and experimenting with outcome‑driven models. - Enjoys autonomy and remote, flexible collaboration Compensation Compensation will be $300 per hour.
