Job description
Actimi is a medtech company, we build and deploy a digital health platform for realtime and on-demand data from wearables and medical devices. We're scaling our digital healthcare infrastructure, extend it with AI and are looking for a senior backend or fullstack engineer to help us with it. Tasks • Design and scale NestJS services that handle real-time device telemetry • Own reliability under load, multi-tenancy, caching, queues, and PostgreSQL / Redis performance • Incorporate AI on all levels. Keep the system correct as it grows.
