The Role We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Warsaw, Poland) with expertise in Java and frontend technologies to join our Identity and Authentication team. In this full-stack role, you will build and maintain the systems and interfaces that authenticate users and enable self-service product configuration. You will leverage Addepar’s enterprise identity platform to create responsive, frictionless user journeys. These range from the “front door” of our products (such as login and MFA) to the administrative tools our customers use to configure experiences for their internal teams and end-clients. Collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering partners, you will ensure our identity and authentication capabilities meet our clients' complex regional, compliance, and privacy needs. Ultimately, you will build the next generation of features that prepare Addepar for the demands of modern, AI-driven users. Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Warsaw. The current range for this role is 310,000 - 372,000 złoty (base salary) .
