  • Experience working with fintech, banking, API infrastructure, B2B technology, or general financial services products
  • Track record of working with technical, API-based products and translating their capabilities for client-facing conversations
  • Previous working knowledge in KYC/CIP, AML, fraud prevention and other identity programs preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and empathetic with an entrepreneurial spirit and are endlessly curious about our product and industry
  • Analytical acumen and the ability to tell stories from data that tie to clients goals
  • Desire to work with a quickly expanding and growing team
  • Located in NYC Metropolitan area or willing to relocate to the area

About the team As a Senior Client Success Manager, you’ll be part of a high-impact team responsible for driving value and trust with some of the most sophisticated financial institutions and fintechs in the world. The CSM team owns the client relationship end-to-end, balancing account strategy, commercial goals, and hands-on product guidance while collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Technical Success. Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week. What you’ll be doing As a Senior Client Success Manager on the Enterprise team, you will be a strategic partner to Alloy’s largest and highest priority accounts. You will own and deepen relationships with our clients to ensure they are realizing tangible value from using Alloy, driving adoption and optimization while finding opportunities to expand our commercial footprint. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. Your recruiter will be happy to walk you through the details and what compensation could look like for you specifically! This position has a salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 with additional variable compensation.
