At Almedia, we’re looking for an Organic Growth Content Marketer to help scale our organic acquisition engine across SEO, GEO, ASO, and CRO. This is a hands-on, cross-functional growth role focused on driving sustainable user acquisition through technical SEO, content optimization, experimentation, and AI-powered workflows. We’re looking for someone analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable operating across multiple organic growth disciplines. Organic Growth Content Marketer Salary range: €60,000-70,000/annum What You'll Do 🎯 • Write, edit, and publish high-quality content at scale - articles, guides, landing page copy, and store listings across SEO, GEO, and ASO • Execute hands-on across the organic stack: on-page optimizations, content refreshes, internal linking, and ASO updates • Create/optimize content based on search intent, ranking opportunities, and conversion potential • Concept new landing pages and improve existing ones - structure, copy, CTAs - guided by a clear understanding of the full funnel, from first visit to signup and first completed task • Shape strategic decisions together with the team - our narrative, how we present the brand, and how we show up across the whole organic spectrum: search, AI answers, and app stores • Spot opportunities in rankings, citations, and funnel data - pitch your angle, then build it yourself • Build scalable content workflows using AI tools and automation, together with the wider growth team What You'll Bring 💡 • 3+ years in SEO, content, or organic growth - with published work you're proud to show • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English - fast, versatile, and publishable across formats • A generalist's grasp of how SEO, GEO, ASO, and CRO work together - and the ability to execute in each, not just advise • An analytical mindset: you bring data to content decisions and let performance settle debates • Experience growing organic traffic and conversion-driven signups through content and landing pages - you think in funnels, not just pages • Comfortable working with AI tools and modern growth workflows • A collaborative working style - you thrive on feedback and close teamwork, and reliably bring your pieces over the finish line What Makes You a Great Fit 🌟 Experience with tools like: • Ahrefs / Semrush • GA4 & Google Search Console • AppTweak • Headless CMS (Strapi, WordPress, or similar) • AI writing & research tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) • Build & automation tools for custom workflows (Cursor, Lovable, Antigravity, Railway, etc.) Why Almedia? 🎁 • Own Our Growth: We offer all Berlin-based employees equity in Almedia to truly be a part of our success. • Scale With Almedia: Grow alongside a startup that has been profitable from day one. • Central Berlin Office: Work from a fully-stocked modern office built for collaboration, accessible from all around Berlin. • Other Benefits: Transport subsidy, breakfasts and lunches, language learning, Urban Sports Club, and more.
