- Metrics-minded: you like defining "good," tracking it, and pushing to improve it
- Detail-oriented and reliable with process execution (no skipped steps, good documentation habits)
- A fast, concise communicator who raises issues early and clearly
- Someone with a strong ownership mindset: you follow things through and keep improving after the initial push
- Comfortable with technical systems (no ML background required, but you can reason about symptoms and inputs)
- Manufacturing or process exposure is a strong plus
