ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for a Manager, Environmental Safety and Health. An onsite role eventually in Long Beach, CA (will be in HQ – Costa Mesa, CA for at least the first year), responsible for the development and implementation of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs to comply with federal, state, and local regulations at a newly constructed multi-building manufacturing campus. Individual will work first with our real estate and facilities teams to ensure the new campus is constructed with safety and environmental risk mitigation methods in place. As programs and people move into the site, so will you. Thereafter you will work in manufacturing and R&D environments focusing on EHS programs such as occupational safety, chemical management, incident management, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, storm water management, air emissions, regulated waste, etc. This position provides leadership, coaching, development and direction to the EHS teams and partners with operations, engineering, people team, and leadership to reduce risk and improve workplace safety performance. US Salary Range $129,000-$171,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
