- Provide structured mission insights and deployment lessons-learned to software and hardware engineering teams, shaping roadmap priorities and informing design decisions

The Mission Support team is responsible for ensuring these systems are operationally ready, successfully deployed, and continuously-supported. ABOUT THE JOB As a Mission Support Engineer, you will be instrumental in keeping Anduril's EW systems running at peak performance. Our products are designed to provide real-time radio frequency (RF) spectrum awareness, threat detection, and electronic mitigation capabilities at the tactical edge. End users and deployed Anduril personnel will rely on your critical thinking and diligence. You will be the critical link between fielded systems and engineering -- feeding data, insights, and operational requirements directly back to development teams to drive product improvements. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
