Senior Radiation Test Engineer As our Senior Radiation Test Engineer you will be responsible for characterization of radiation environments for our missions and testing analysis for our spacecraft. This position requires hands-on experience validating parts for radiation environments specific to aerospace. Role • Design fault tolerant electrical systems for operating in a radiation environment • Simulate and model the GTO and GEO radiation environments • Coordinate and run radiation testing campaigns to upscreen components • Work with the structures team to determine the proper shielding levels across the spacecraft • Integrate these systems into the spacecraft by working closely with the rest of the team • Support other electrical design, bringup, and test activities • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring additional teammates to our rapidly-growing team. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.
