Lab Technician The Lab Technician is responsible for accurate sample analysis, data entry and interpretation of data. Additionally, you will perform the daily operations of the Quality Labs including all quality testing, auditing, and inspection activities in order to assure quality of product. Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain a safe and clean work area. • Ensure that the laboratories are always “tour ready” • Daily data entry of test results and quality projects • Data interpretation of testing • Organize areas for testing and test sample storage • Manage all laboratory related supplies ensuring proper storage and maintaining adequate inventory levels • Listen to and follow work requirements as instructed • Perform hands on lab testing of sand samples per test instructions • Familiarity with: Sieve testing, crush tests and turbidity testing • Communicate quality-problems to plant management.
