How You Will Make an Impact: The Load Out Technician plays a critical role in supporting logistics operations by remotely coordinating the loading of finished product shipments. This position ensures accurate data entry, seamless documentation, and safe, efficient loading activities-even during system interruptions. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset to deliver a smooth, professional experience for truck drivers and logistics partners. What You’ll Do • Coordinate and execute truck loading operations remotely, following established procedures • Deliver exceptional customer service while balancing efficiency, throughput, and timing • Accurately enter truck and shipment data; process documentation manually when systems are unavailable • Perform and document daily inspections, escalating safety, equipment, or process concerns as needed • Assist with troubleshooting operational or equipment issues, involving the appropriate teams when required • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment What You Bring • High school diploma or GED required • Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance guidelines, and procedure manuals • Strong data entry and basic computer skills • Basic math proficiency • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills, including problem-solving, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset What You Will Love About Us • Best People and Team.
