  • Comfortable with site conditions: extreme heat/cold, dust, altitude, shift work including nights and weekends
  • Proficient with standard business tools (email, ticketing systems, spreadsheets, documentation platforms, instant messaging, and typical suite platforms)
  • Makes sound judgment calls independently on site, with limited real-time support and often poor connectivity, and represent the company professionally at customer sites
  • Strong communicator internally and externally with internal engineering as well as mine site crews.

About the role The Field Service Technician is a hands-on role responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of Pronto's autonomous haulage technology across a range of customer mine sites. This position plays a critical role in ensuring successful deployment and optimal performance of Pronto equipment in the field. What else you need to know This is a field-based role supporting operations across the United States. This position requires travel across the U.S. up to 75% of the time. Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel and a highly mobile work environment. The base starting rate for this role is $27.88 - $35.10 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
