What the role asks for

What you'd do

  • Own the analysis and strategy for the Google Ads program: what to test, what to scale, and what to cut.
  • Raise the account's Quality Score by improving ad relevance and landing page experience.
  • Own conversion tracking and feed the account lower-funnel signals, so it optimizes toward high-quality leads and not just form fills.
  • Coordinate our paid marketing agency: set priorities, brief the work, review what they ship, and hold the bar on quality and pace.
  • Dig into the data (search terms, Quality Score, lead quality) to separate what works from what is waste, and turn it into a clear plan.
  • Get hands-on in the account when needed: restructure ad groups, add negatives, adjust bids, fix tracking.
  • Use AI tools like Claude to work faster and sharper: structure and analyze data, pressure-test your hypotheses, and move from insight to decision in less time. The judgment stays yours; the tools just let you cover more ground.
  • Run a continuous testing agenda and report performance clearly: what changed, what it moved, and what is next.
  • Within your first few months, Quality Score is trending up and high-quality leads are a bigger share of the mix.
  • The agency runs smoothly under you: clear priorities, fast turnarounds, and work that meets your bar.
  • Your reporting is the source of truth the team trusts to decide where paid search goes next.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads / paid search, ideally in lead generation, with results you can point to.
  • Advanced, near-native English, written and spoken. You will write ad copy and reports for a US audience.
  • Real fluency with the Google Ads account structure: match types, Smart Bidding, conversion actions, and search-terms analysis.
  • You are comfortable with data: you pull the numbers, read them, and turn them into a decision without hand-holding.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills, non-negotiable. We work in Google Sheets, and if you are not fluent with pivot tables, conditional functions, and lookups (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP), this is not the role for you.
  • A bias for action and strong ownership. You move fast, document your work, and do not need to be chased.
  • Clear communication. You can explain a tradeoff to someone who does not live in the account.

Job description

Who we are CloudKitchens helps restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery - our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone. We take underutilized properties and transform them into smart kitchens so they can better serve restaurateurs, customers and the neighborhoods they’re in. Every time we launch a new facility we create jobs in that neighborhood, and we’re proud to provide a wide range of cuisines and options for healthy food at an affordable price. We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains. About the role This is first and foremost an analysis and strategy role, and it sits on top of one of the most important conversion channels we have. You own the thinking behind the account: what to test, what to cut, and how to push toward the leads most likely to become customers. Because paid search drives so much of our inbound pipeline, this is a high-visibility, high-impact seat, and what you decide here shows up directly in the numbers the business watches. Day-to-day execution largely sits with our paid marketing agency, so a big part of the job is coordinating them well: setting priorities, briefing the work, reviewing what they ship, and holding the bar on quality and pace. It is not a hands-off role, though. You should be ready to get into the account yourself when a change needs to move fast or be done right. The mission is clear: use lower-funnel conversion signals to bring in better, higher-quality leads. You will work directly with the performance marketing lead and move fast. We lean on AI tools to work smarter, so expect them to be part of how you do the job every day. What you'll do • Own the analysis and strategy for the Google Ads program: what to test, what to scale, and what to cut. What success looks like • Within your first few months, Quality Score is trending up and high-quality leads are a bigger share of the mix. • The agency runs smoothly under you: clear priorities, fast turnarounds, and work that meets your bar. • Your reporting is the source of truth the team trusts to decide where paid search goes next. What we are looking for • 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads / paid search, ideally in lead generation, with results you can point to. Nice to have • Performance Max and broader Google campaign types. • Solid GA4, including conversion tracking setup and QA. • Building or iterating landing pages (we use Lovable) and improving conversion rate with tools like Microsoft Clarity. • Familiarity with B2B marketing. • Basic SQL or a data background, a plus and not a requirement. Tools you will use Google Ads, GA4, Google Sheets, Lovable for landing pages, Microsoft Clarity, and Claude for scaled execution. Why join us • Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast! In the last 5 years, just in the US, the overall market has expanded 10X from $10B to $100B, and could expand to $500bn- $1T by 2030. • Changing the restaurant industry: You’ll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery. • Collaborative environment: You will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, helping you to learn, grow and achieve your goals, and you’ll work closely with other teams to ensure our customer’s success. What else you need to know This role is based in our Mexico CIty office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week. Ready to join us as we serve those who serve others? #LI-Onsite
