Job Profile Summary This role supports the end-to-end delivery of new products and features, from scoping and defining requirements through development, testing, and release, ensuring projects meet timeline and budget expectations. It serves as a key liaison between product management and software development teams, tracking technical issues, resolving constraints, addressing quality escalations, and anticipating bottlenecks throughout the development cycle. What you’ll do • Lead the delivery of new products and features from scoping through release • Translate product requirements into clear technical specifications with engineering teams • Partner closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to ensure alignment on priorities and execution • Track and manage technical issues, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams • Identify bottlenecks early and drive resolution using technical and analytical judgment • Oversee quality assurance processes and support resolution of escalated technical issues • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Support code review oversight and release readiness validation (where applicable) What we’re looking for • 3-5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar role • Experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar delivery-focused role • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery processes • Ability to manage cross-functional teams across product and engineering • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and delivery • Experience tracking technical issues and driving resolution in complex environments • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: • Background in software engineering or a technical degree • Experience in SaaS or platform-based product environments • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, or similar development tools • Experience supporting release management or QA processes • Prior experience in scaling product delivery across multiple teams Why join us At Atoms, you’ll work on one of the defining challenges of our time-bringing automation into the physical world to drive real, lasting impact.
