Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in Change Management and Change Enablement to join our Transformation Programme Office within the IT Group. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional product teams to assess, design, and implement effective change strategies that ensure the smooth transition of on-premise systems to evergreen cloud-based products, coupled with product management operating model. Your ability to analyze our organization needs and translate them into actionable plans will be key to driving successful change initiatives, fostering stakeholder engagement, and ensuring readiness for change. As a Change Management Manager, you will: • Lead the efforts to create a Change Strategy / Change Plan, develop stakeholder engagement plan, design and execute different change management initiatives, plan and design communications interventions, enable training upskilling of people impact by change and coaching the product team for a successful change. • Leverage the insights coming from the change management related data and analytics to design and adjust change strategies. You will be expected to know how to conduct change impact analysis, how to conduct stakeholder analysis, how to design various change management initiatives and how to drive change adoption. • Build and develop relationships through leadership engagement and collaborative dialogue with product teams / leadership to align project objectives, key messages and desired behavior shifts. • Maintain regular touchpoints featuring interdependence with Enterprise Architect team and other stakeholders to drive close cross-team collaboration to foster alignment. • Develop an astute understanding of our business/ops users level of understanding on product management and operating model, and facilitating business and people readiness for a smooth product management and operating model adoption. • Have a knowledge and/or experience of Talent & Organisation capabilities including large scale transformation and capabilities, operating model and organization design, talent strategy and development, leadership, culture, and behavioral change. • Prepare and facilitate roadshow engagements with various stakeholders as part of change management plans • Develop workforce transformation and co-delivery augmentation strategies and provide advisory on talent management activities for the Transformation Programme Office. • Any other tasks as required by the Transformation Programme Office. Job Qualifications • 1 to 3 years of experience in Change Management work for Associate Consultants • 4 to 7 years of experience in Change Management work for Consultants • More than 8 years of experience in Change Management work for Senior Consultants • Relevant Change Management Industry Certification (e.g. ACMP, PROSCI) is highly advantageous • Experience in related areas such as Change Management, Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration, Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness etc.) • Worked on projects in the public services industry for large scale transformation projects • Identify and manage anticipate resistance, risk or challenges and support actionable plans • Strong functional knowledge and good understanding of transformation projects, specifically focusing on modernisation of core business legacy systems (e.g. Mainframe technologies) • Thrive in collaborative work in a diverse team and an agile and technology driven environment, but also able to work independently • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically with problem solving and design thinking skills • Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions • Strong capabilities in designing and implementing capability development programs to support workforce transformation initiatives • Experience in Cloud adoption strategies or SaaS adoption methodologies will be advantageous • Strong executive level relationship building skills • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Any personal data you share with us during the application process will be processed strictly in compliance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Notice.
