- Understanding of identity, access and permissions management
- Familiarity with networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory, SMTP, DHCP)
- Knowledge of data protection, backup, migration, and governance concepts
- Understanding of SharePoint architecture and cloud/hybrid environments
- Broader awareness of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is beneficial

About the role: As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will act as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle, partnering closely with Account Managers to support new business and growth opportunities. You will take a consultative approach, helping customers understand how AvePoint solutions can address their technical and business needs. This role combines strong technical expertise with customer-facing engagement and commercial awareness.
