We founded Bild AI to tackle the mess that is blueprint reading, cost estimation, and permit applications in construction. It's a really tough technical problem that requires the newest CV and AI approaches, and we’re impact-driven to make it more efficient to build more houses, hospitals, and schools. YOU’LL - Own features end-to-end - interview customers every week and watch them use the product, and ship the feature they need by the next week - Actually use the algorithms, data structures, and system design that you learned - Revolutionize how people read blueprints today for people who've been doing this on paper. They actually thank us on customer calls and are giddy when we launch new features - Work across the stack: React frontend, Python backend + infra - Have ownership on product direction and approach across everything we build WE WANT - Great product taste - you care about how things look, feel, and work for the user - 0-to-1 architect and builder who can work across the entire stack - Comfort talking to customers directly and translating messy domain knowledge into clean product decisions - Growth mindset, slope > y-intercept - Communicate with empathy and honesty.
