Responsibilities • Support the day-to-day operations of existing Earn products, following established procedures and internal policies. • Maintain accurate product information, operational documentation, FAQs, and standard operating procedures. • Coordinate launch-readiness checks and operational updates based on approved plans, ensuring required materials and checklists are complete. • Monitor routine operational metrics, prepare regular reports, and flag discrepancies or issues for follow-up. • Consolidate user feedback and recurring operational issues, coordinating with relevant teams to track resolution. • Work with Product, Customer Support, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to support timely execution and appropriate escalation of operational matters. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in operations, business support, or service delivery, preferably within financial services or digital platforms. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures accurately. • Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data organization, basic analysis, and reporting. • Experience maintaining operational documentation and coordinating tasks across multiple teams. • Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to tracking issues and escalating exceptions. • Basic understanding of savings and investment products, with an awareness of operational risks and compliance requirements. • Interest in digital assets and a willingness to learn about Earn products and their operating processes.
