About the team The Tech Compliance team at Binance, primarily composed of skilled software engineers, plays a crucial role in ensuring that our technological operations meet all regulatory standards. We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to design and develop scalable, reliable solutions addressing compliance challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in microservices architecture, hands-on experience with technologies like Spring Cloud and Kafka, and a commitment to high-quality, maintainable code. Experience with compliance systems and familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry are a plus.
