Job description
Bio is a decentralized science protocol that helps launch and grow AI-driven biotech research. It enables scientists to raise funds, create value from their work, and distribute that value directly to their communities. Since 2023, Bio has directed over $50m to global researchers, offering an alternative to traditional pharma funding. Backed by investors like Binance Labs, Northpond Ventures, and Animoca Brands, Bio accelerates real-world therapeutics across longevity, brain health, fertility, psychedelic science, and more. THE ROLE Our core team is focused on improving our AI agents' reasoning - we need someone dedicated to rapidly building the apps and wrappers that put those agents in users' hands. You'll take custom use cases (personal health data analysis, bio-database exploration, and more) from idea to deployed MVP in days, not months. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Ship deployed, user-facing MVPs fast - comfortable with "disposable code" to test market value • Build connectors and integrations for messy external data sources (Fitbit, Whoop, EHRs, public bio-databases) • Translate complex, non-deterministic AI outputs into clean, actionable UI/UX • Prototype new use cases and validate them with real users • Free up the core team to focus on the "Brain" while you own the "App" WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Track record of shipping products quickly - you've built and deployed things people actually use • Full-stack skills with a bias toward frontend and user experience • Fearless when it comes to integrating with messy, undocumented, or inconsistent APIs • Strong product intuition - you care about what users need, not just what's technically interesting • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration NICE TO HAVE • Experience building UIs for AI/ML systems or non-deterministic outputs • Familiarity with health/fitness data platforms or healthcare APIs • Background in design or strong eye for UI/UX • Interest in biology, health tech, or personal analytics WHY BIO • High autonomy - own entire products from concept to launch • Fully remote - work from anywhere • Work at the intersection of AI and biology • Competitive compensation with token/equity component
