What the role asks for
What you'd do
- Positioning and messaging: Figure out what makes our products matter and develop positioning that is differentiated, memorable, and useful, from the one-sentence pitch to the full product narrative.
- GTM strategy and launches: Own launches alongside Product from idea to adoption. Define the audience and narrative, build the GTM strategy, align teams around it, bring products to market, and keep pushing after launch.
- Competitive and market intelligence: Understand competitors, market structure, client needs, and emerging trends, then turn that intelligence into sharper positioning, better product decisions, and new commercial opportunities.
- Sales enablement: Give Sales the stories and tools they need to win, and turn insights from the field into sharper positioning and GTM.
- Cross-functional leadership: Be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing, Design, and other teams. Some of the most important opportunities won’t arrive with a perfectly written brief. You’ll turn ambiguity into strategy and strategy into action.
- The BitGo narrative: Help define how BitGo shows up in the world. Partner across Content, Growth, PR, and IR to tell the story of a public company operating at the center of a rapidly changing financial system.
- 4–7 years of product marketing or closely related experience, with meaningful launches you’ve personally driven from strategy through execution, not just supported.
- Exceptional positioning instincts. You can find the simplest, sharpest articulation of why a complicated product matters now.
- A commercial mindset. You care about adoption, revenue, clients, and winning, not just shipping marketing assets.
- High agency. When something is unclear, you investigate. When something is missing, you build it. When something could be better, you say so.
- The ability to cross organizational boundaries and get people moving, even when you don’t formally own the teams involved.
- An AI-forward approach. You already use AI to research, think, write, analyze, and work faster, and you want to push that even further.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving quickly without sacrificing judgment.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn technical products and complex ideas into narratives people immediately understand.

Job description
BitGo (NYSE: BTGO) is the digital asset infrastructure company delivering custody, wallets, staking, trading, financing, stablecoins, and settlement services from regulated cold storage. Since 2013, BitGo has focused on accelerating the transition of the financial system to a digital asset economy. BitGo maintains a global presence and multiple regulated entities, including BitGo Bank & Trust, National Association, the first federally chartered digital asset trust bank owned by a publicly traded company. Today, BitGo serves thousands of institutions, including many of the industry's top brands, financial institutions, exchanges, and platforms, and millions of investors worldwide. For more information, visit www.bitgo.com. This role will require being full-time onsite at our New York office to support collaborative team dynamics and innovative problem-solving. Crypto is becoming real financial infrastructure and BitGo has spent more than a decade building the products making that transition possible. Since 2013, we’ve built infrastructure that institutions use to custody, trade, stake, settle, and move digital assets. We’ve operated through every market cycle, expanded around the world, earned the trust of thousands of institutions, and become a publicly traded company along the way. And we’re still early. We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help define what comes next: how new products enter the market, how clients understand them, how Sales sells them, and ultimately how BitGo tells its story as digital assets become part of mainstream finance. This is a role for someone who wants ownership. We’re building at the center of a financial system that is changing in real time, and no two days look the same. You’ll work with the smartest people in the industry to turn complex products and ambitious ideas into simple, compelling stories and bring them to market. This role is full-time onsite at one of our BitGo hubs. We believe the best GTM work happens when you’re in the room with Product, Sales, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Positioning and messaging: Figure out what makes our products matter and develop positioning that is differentiated, memorable, and useful, from the one-sentence pitch to the full product narrative. • GTM strategy and launches: Own launches alongside Product from idea to adoption. Define the audience and narrative, build the GTM strategy, align teams around it, bring products to market, and keep pushing after launch. • Competitive and market intelligence: Understand competitors, market structure, client needs, and emerging trends, then turn that intelligence into sharper positioning, better product decisions, and new commercial opportunities. • Sales enablement: Give Sales the stories and tools they need to win, and turn insights from the field into sharper positioning and GTM. • Cross-functional leadership: Be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing, Design, and other teams. Some of the most important opportunities won’t arrive with a perfectly written brief. You’ll turn ambiguity into strategy and strategy into action. • The BitGo narrative: Help define how BitGo shows up in the world. Partner across Content, Growth, PR, and IR to tell the story of a public company operating at the center of a rapidly changing financial system. Non-negotiables: We care more about what you’ve done and how you think than checking every box. But you’ll probably thrive here if you have: • 4–7 years of product marketing or closely related experience, with meaningful launches you’ve personally driven from strategy through execution, not just supported. • Exceptional positioning instincts. You can find the simplest, sharpest articulation of why a complicated product matters now. • A commercial mindset. You care about adoption, revenue, clients, and winning, not just shipping marketing assets. • High agency. When something is unclear, you investigate. When something is missing, you build it. When something could be better, you say so. • The ability to cross organizational boundaries and get people moving, even when you don’t formally own the teams involved. • An AI-forward approach. You already use AI to research, think, write, analyze, and work faster, and you want to push that even further. • Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving quickly without sacrificing judgment. • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn technical products and complex ideas into narratives people immediately understand. Experience in crypto, fintech, financial services, banking, or high-growth technology is helpful, but not required. Curiosity about how money and markets are changing is. Why Join BitGo? There aren't many opportunities to join a company with more than a decade of history that still feels like it's entering its most important chapter. BitGo is publicly traded, federally chartered, and operates around the world. Our infrastructure sits behind institutions building in digital assets today, and the market we serve is expanding as crypto, stablecoins, tokenization, and traditional financial markets increasingly converge. That creates an unusual PMM challenge: established company, emerging category, sophisticated customers, complex products, and a lot of white space still left to define. If you want your GTM work to matter at scale and help lead the tradition to the digital asset economy, this is the place to be. Benefits • Competitive base salary, bonus, and stock options • 100% company-paid health insurance for employee, partner, and dependents • Up to 4% 401k company match • Paid parental leave, Paid vacation • Free commuter/parking pass • Free custom lunches, dinners, and snacks • Computer equipment and workplace furniture to suit your needs • Great colleagues and an inspiring startup environment Benefits may vary based on location. Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $130,000 and $150,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus, and the benefits outlined above are also part of this role’s package.
