ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to bring Blitzy’s product, customer, and category stories to market. You’ll develop messaging and execute content, campaigns, launches, customer stories, and sales enablement programs across the buyer journey. You’ll translate complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives for engineers, CTOs, CIOs, and enterprise decision-makers. This is a writing- and execution-intensive role for someone who is technically curious, resourceful, outcome-oriented, and comfortable moving quickly from imperfect inputs to polished work. You’ll partner closely across technical and commercial teams to create stories that drive engagement, strengthen the brand, and generate pipeline. RESPONSIBILITIES - Create high-impact content, including white papers, customer stories, solution briefs, blogs, webinars, and presentations. - Develop product messaging and translate new capabilities into differentiated, buyer-relevant narratives. - Build distribution plans that match each audience, asset, and funnel stage to the right owned, earned, paid, partner, and sales channels. - Turn core content into channel-specific assets across web, email, social, paid media, webinars, events, and sales outreach. - Execute product launches with coordinated messaging and campaign assets across web, email, social, sales enablement, and demand generation channels. - Develop landing pages, ad copy, email campaigns, nurture sequences, pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive materials. - Partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and demand generation to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution. - Establish and manage a reliable process for moving projects from brief to publication with speed, precision, and high quality. - Measure engagement, conversion, pipeline influence, sales adoption, and product adoption by channel to continuously improve performance. - Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, sales, demand generation, design, and external partners to drive projects forward QUALIFICATIONS - 4+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or technical marketing within B2B technology. - Strong writing and editing skills across long-form, web, campaign, and sales content. - Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical products into clear, differentiated messaging for engineering and executive audiences. - Proven track record executing product launches and integrated go-to-market campaigns across multiple channels. - Strong understanding of content distribution, audience-channel fit, funnel stages, and cross-channel campaign execution. - Ability to use performance data to optimize content, distribution, conversion, and pipeline impact. - Track record of developing customer stories that connect technical outcomes to clear business value. - Highly organized approach to managing multiple projects from brief through execution and publication. - Familiarity with enterprise software development or product development lifecycles. - Background marketing AI, developer tools, software modernization, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or other technical products. - Understanding of enterprise buying committees, regulated industries, and complex B2B sales environments. - Proficiency with web analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and content-performance tools. - Hands-on experience with image and video creation tools, including AI-assisted creative platforms, is a plus. - Portfolio showcasing relevant writing, product launches, campaigns, or customer marketing work.
