ABOUT THE ROLE Blitzy is looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Project Manager to join our Pune team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and client delivery-owning the coordination and execution that keeps complex, fast-moving software projects on track. You won't just manage timelines; you'll be a force multiplier for the team, anticipating blockers before they happen, holding stakeholders accountable, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and earns trust through relentless follow-through. Most Project Manager roles ask you to manage processes that already exist. You'll work directly with a world-class engineering team pushing the frontier of autonomous software development-which means your projects won't look like anyone else's. If you've been looking for a role where your organizational superpower actually matters, this is it.   RESPONSIBILITIES - Own end-to-end project lifecycle management, from scoping and planning through execution, tracking, and closure across multiple concurrent workstreams. - Maintain project plans, status dashboards, RAID logs, dependencies, and milestone tracking to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. - Drive projects to completion, taking ownership of outcomes and holding stakeholders accountable for commitments. - Facilitate standups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder syncs, driving clear decisions, outcomes, and documented next steps. - Identify risks, dependencies, and scope changes early, escalating issues with clear recommendations and proposed solutions. - Coordinate communication across engineering, QA, product, and client-facing teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward. - Manage resource coordination and capacity planning across sprint cycles. - Communicate clearly and effectively across async channels, including concise status updates, Slack messages, and structured escalations. - Improve project workflows, templates, and tools to increase team efficiency and execution.   QUALIFICATIONS - 12+ years of project management or program management experience, preferably in a software development or technology environment. - Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities. - Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear, or equivalent. - Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience running sprint ceremonies end-to-end. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex status into clear, actionable summaries. - Demonstrated ability to learn independently-you seek out answers, read documentation, and upskill proactively. - Strong organizational instincts: nothing slips, everything is tracked, and your systems reflect it. - Experience working across HQ1 (US) and HQ2 (India) time zones - comfortable bridging communication gaps and ensuring nothing falls through between shifts   U.S. GenAI startup, Pune Office, Private Limited Company Full Time Employment directly to our Private Limited Company.
