- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure and/or GCP a plus)
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD
- Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools including Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi
- Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages
- Experience operating Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms
- Strong understanding of security, networking, and compliance requirements in regulated environments
- Self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high-quality and high-touch customer engagement throughout all phases of delivery
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, delivery teams, and client technical stakeholders
- Languages: English required; Swiss German, German, French or Italian a plus
- Location: Switzerland, with focus on Zurich and Lugano

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer, responsible for building, automating, and operating secure blockchain and digital asset infrastructure for enterprise and institutional clients. This role focuses on deploying and operating production-grade platforms using infrastructure-as-code, automation, and security-first practices tailored for regulated financial services environments. Within the Service & Enterprise Solutions organization, the DevOps Engineer works closely with Solution Architects, Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams to build and operate resilient infrastructure. This role ensures blockchain solutions are secure, scalable, observable, and operationally sound for banking and institutional environments.
