  • Hands-on experience administering and automating CRM workflows, reporting, and integrations.
  • Strong process orientation and a bias for removing friction; you spot bottlenecks and fix them without being asked.
  • Comfort working across accounting, marketing, and product functions, and translating between them.
  • Strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to deliver independently in a remote environment.

✨ WHAT AWAITS YOU HERE: As a Business Operations Associate, you'll own the systems and day-to-day operations that keep Braiins' commercial team running. Your mission is to build further automations, processes, and cross-functional connective tissue that let the sales team focus on closing deals.
