About Brainbase Brainbase is building the primitives for the next 1B agents. We power internal agents across government, Fortune 500, frontier labs and hyper-growth startups. Enterprises use our configurable primitives such as evals, observability, router, authentication, permissions, sandboxes, harnesses and more to deploy internal agents securely at scale. As Special Projects Lead you’ll work directly with the founder on projects that cut across GTM, product, operations, recruiting and research - scoping them, running them end to end, and handing them off once they have a permanent owner. This is an early-career role and one of the best generalist seats at the company. You won’t specialize. You’ll own outcomes under ambiguous KPIs, get unusual range and exposure in a short amount of time, and figure out what you’re great at by doing a lot of very different things quickly. Who we’re looking for People early in their careers who move fast, write clearly, and would rather own an outcome than a job description. A track record of shipping things on your own matters more to us than a specific background. Logistics Based in San Francisco, with remote and part-time arrangements available for the right person.
