- Partners closely with business leaders to understand issues in the department and employee sentiment, providing HR guidance when appropriate, including but not limited to on/off boarding, performance, promotion, potential, disciplinary cases and employee disputes;
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning;
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations;
- Executes and implements people policies to the business unit assigned;
- Maintains in-depth working knowledge of legal manpower regulations, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required;
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs;
- Analyzes data trends and metrics in partnership with the HR COE teams to develop solutions, programs and policies;
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of people programs to ensure success;
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
