About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Data Analyst to support our Legal Department. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, data-driven, and eager to explore the growing intersection of legal operations, compliance, and data automation. You'll work closely with legal and cross-functional teams to extract insights, build dashboards, and support innovation in legal tech and AI-driven processes. Key Responsibilities • Extract, clean, and structure legal data from various sources for analysis and reporting • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor internal legal projects and KPIs • Visualize data trends and metrics to track legal performance and progress • Support legal operations across departments with data analysis and reporting • Collaborate on testing AI tagging tools and contract model development • Assist in legal tech initiatives focused on automation, compliance, and risk analytics • Contribute to improving internal processes and reporting workflows within the legal team Qualifications & Key Skills • Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills with attention to detail • A curious, structured, and proactive approach to working with data • Interest in legal tech, compliance, and data automation • Ability to translate complex data into clear visualizations and insights • Effective communication skills for working with both technical and legal stakeholders • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Why Join Us At Bybit, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment.
