Job Background Serving as the technical lead for the compliance portal, you will own and drive one of the company’s most challenging compliance‑portal initiatives. The work involves multi‑tenant architecture implementation and in‑depth CI/CD customization. Beyond high technical complexity, this role demands strong cross‑department orchestration capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Own multi‑site core architecture. Lead end‑to‑end technical architecture design, technology selection and core development for the “one‑codebase, multi‑site release” initiative. Resolve tough challenges including differentiated configuration across platforms/environments/tenants, dynamic UI‑theming, and proper code isolation. • Cross‑functional technical alignment. Act as the central technical point‑of‑contact for this project, aligning Product, UI/UX, Backend Architecture, QA and DevOps teams. Define cross‑platform interaction protocols, orchestrate resources, unblock technical bottlenecks across teams, and ensure high‑quality on‑time delivery. • Build enterprise‑grade DevOps & CI/CD. Design and implement fully‑automated mobile build, test and release pipelines (e.g. Flavor / Target‑based multi‑target build solutions) to support frequent multi‑site rollouts and significantly boost delivery efficiency. • Technical deep‑dive & performance optimization. Work deep within the Flutter Engine layer to resolve performance pain‑points such as memory leaks and rendering jank under complex business scenarios. Establish and roll out mobile high‑availability monitoring systems (Crash analytics, APM monitoring, etc.). Requirements • Strong ownership mindset. Take full accountability for business outcomes and engineering quality of the project. Proactively identify risks along the delivery chain and drive issues to closure with a strong bias for action. • Excellent cross‑functional collaboration. Possess solid communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills. Translate sophisticated technical concepts into business‑friendly language, and drive consensus & tangible results amid conflicting priorities from multiple stakeholders. • Demonstrated technical leadership. Influence and drive other teams through technical credibility - examples include pushing backend teams to refactor APIs or encouraging DevOps to upgrade pipelines. Comfortable making high‑stakes technical decisions and taking corresponding risks. • Education & baseline experience. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields. 5+ years of mobile (iOS / Android) engineering experience, with at least 3 years hands‑on experience architecting and delivering complex production‑grade Flutter projects. • Multi‑site / white‑label architecture experience. Proven track record building large‑scale variant apps, multi‑tenant applications, unified multi‑region releases, or heavily modularized systems. Deep expertise in Build Flavors / Targets, dynamic asset delivery and differential compilation. • In‑depth Flutter expertise. Solid understanding of Flutter rendering pipeline, Widget tree mechanics and Dart internals. Proficient in Flutter‑Native hybrid development and communication patterns including MethodChannel. • Engineering capability. Hands‑on experience building sophisticated multi‑flavor / multi‑target CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or equivalent tooling. Nice‑to‑Have • Led or played a core role in architecture evolution for mobile applications with millions of daily active users. • Deep low‑level development and performance‑tuning experience in native platforms (iOS / Swift or Android / Kotlin). • High‑quality open‑source Flutter contributions on GitHub, including PRs submitted to the official Flutter repository. • Experience collaborating across multinational & cross‑time‑zone teams, or strong written & verbal English proficiency. Why Join Us At Bybit, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment.
