SUMMARY The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting HR Manager by leading recruitment activities, coordinating performance management processes, and managing employee training and development programs. This role partners with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent while ensuring HR practices align with company policies and business objectives. Training & Development (30%) •Coordinate the company's annual training plan based on organizational and departmental needs. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. Experience • 3–5 years of Human Resources experience, with a strong focus on recruitment, performance management, and employee training. • Proven experience designing, coordinating, and delivering corporate training programs. • Experience facilitating workshops, orientation sessions, or leadership development programs. • Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment is preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Competencies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels. • Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills, with confidence in facilitating training sessions, workshops, and company meetings. • Strong instructional and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and promote active learning. • Proficient in developing professional training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, training manuals, SOPs, and instructional guides. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually engaging, well-structured, and impactful presentations. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with employees and business leaders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. • Ability to influence, coach, and provide constructive feedback to managers and employees. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS/LMS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stepstool as necessary. TRAVEL 10-25% travel required in own insured vehicle to attend job fairs, and external recruiting events, networking or outreach.
