- Support timezone-based shift coverage and smooth handovers between SG, UAE / EU, and US teams.
- Proven experience in trade support, settlements, or reconciliation within financial or crypto markets.
- Knowledge of trade lifecycle processes and digital asset settlement flows.
- Familiarity with digital asset custodians and blockchain settlement processes.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in SQL
- Effective communicator and team player, with flexibility to work shifts for global coverage.

We are looking for a hands-on Post Trade Operations Specialist responsible for executing and monitoring crypto and fiat settlements, running daily reconciliations, and resolving exceptions. This role is part of a global team providing 24/7 coverage, and we are specifically looking for candidates who are able to work US shift hours.
