Strong automation and scripting skills (Python, Bash or Go), and comfortable working with modern Python or C# codebases.
Experience with observability and alerting tooling (Prometheus, Grafana or equivalent), and a considered approach to alert design.
Calm and methodical under production pressure - able to own an incident and escalate clearly.
Treats documentation and reproducibility as part of the work.
