As the Engineering Manager for Sales Planning, you will lead the team responsible for a recently launched product that helps sales organizations plan quotas, territories and sales team capacity with accuracy, auditability, and scale. At a high level the product provides a user experience that feels like an super advanced spreadsheet, with the added benefit of structured objects and a data layer behind it for very large datasets, high performance and audit/compliance.  You will partner closely with Product, Design, and platform teams in an API-, platform-, and AI-first environment. This role is a strong fit if you enjoy working at the intersection of product strategy, architecture, and are excited by building deeply powerful but approachable tools for expert users with complex workflows, including thoughtful AI-enabled functionality that helps users move faster and make better decisions.
