Job description

Minimum Qualifications Interested candidates should be passionate about the ideals of our American republic, committed to upholding the rule of law and the U.S. Constitution, and committed to improving the efficiency of the Federal government. Interest in international affairs Awareness of U.S. national security interests Ability to work under tight deadlines Excellent analytic abilities and relevant experience Strong critical thinking, problem solving skills, and ability to think creatively Ability to meet the minimum requirements for joining CIA, including U.S. citizenship and a background investigation Desired Qualifications Foreign language proficiency Strong verbal presentation skills Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise text Research experience in international affairs Ability to work in a team environment Interest in a career that requires regular writing assignments Cyber Threat Analysts assess foreign cyber intentions and capabilities to support U.S. national security interests. As a Cyber Threat Analyst at CIA, you will analyze foreign cyber intentions and capabilities to support U.S. national security interests. You will identify, monitor, and counter threats against US information systems and critical infrastructure. You will produce tactical and strategic written assessments and brief U.S. policymakers. You will have opportunities for foreign and domestic travel and language study. You will receive tradecraft and leadership training while increasing your substantive expertise through academic study, collaboration with Intelligence Community peers, and professional conferences.
