About the Role CharterUP is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to build our data science capability from the ground up. Your first mandate is to develop a rigorous, ground-truth understanding of our pricing and marketplace dynamics, partnering closely with Engineering on the data foundation needed to support this work. As that foundation matures, you'll expand into experimentation, model development, and production ML, while helping build the systems and standards that let data science scale across the company.
