Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish for one of our clients. They are a leading plumbing company in North Royalton, OH. This position oversees all aspects of accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and development of strategic financial plans to support company growth. Responsibilities: • Preconstruction steps, such as submittals, coordination and site visit. • Project schedules, budgets, and job progress. • Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors • Manage all job impacts, RFI’s, Change Orders. • Attend all job PM meetings. Review plans/specs and ensure code compliance • Track costs, change orders, and project documentation • Coordinate all project close out steps, such as final punch-list items, coordinate demobilization, Warranty letters, Operation Manuals and AS-Builds.
