- Serve as a primary point of contact when there is customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.
- Safeguards all company property against theft or damage including but not limited to computers, electronic equipment, phones, gas cards, trucks, and tools.
- Track employees’ skills set and levels and ensure proper training and cross-training of employees to achieve maximum productivity and labor utilization.
- Conduct quality inspections on completed work
- Assist with various other duties as needed.

With a focus on innovation and design, our client is looking to hire an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive efficiency and organizational growth.
