Job description
Position Summary The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the manufacturing facility, including raw material input, processing, screening, packaging, and shipping. This role is responsible for driving production efficiency, managing site budgets, ensuring strict compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations, and leading a multi-disciplinary team of technicians and laborers. The Plant Manager will also coordinate labor resource allocation in line with customer delivery requirements and equipment work orders, in coordination with the Operations Manager and Customer Relations/Production Manager. The Plant Manager will also provide oversight for the field service teams providing cryogenic services.
