  • Assist in enforcing safety policies and procedures to ensure the safe operation of fleet vehicles and equipment.
  • Participate in regular safety training and inspections, addressing any safety concerns or violations promptly.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including vehicle inspections, emissions testing, and driver licensing.
  • Emergency Response Support:
  • Assist in deploying fleet assets and personnel rapidly in response to emergencies and power outages.
  • Assist to ensure the readiness and availability of fleet resources during emergency situations.
  • Oversees and efficiently utilizes emergency mechanical support to ensure any mechanical opportunities are effectively addressed.

The Fleet Operations Lead Mechanic will play a critical role in the upkept and readiness of our fleet of vehicles, equipment, and assets to ensure optimal performance, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial vehicle maintenance and maintenance schedules.
