Job description
Our client is a family-owned and operated truck and trailer repair shop specializing in dedicated fleet maintenance, with a focus on the car hauling industry. They are fully equipped to handle all aspects of heavy-duty repair, offering top-tier diagnostic tools and a professional, supportive work environment. Our client is seeking a qualified Service Technician (Heavy-Duty) to perform professional repair and maintenance work on heavy-duty equipment. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and servicing a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems on commercial trucks and equipment. This role includes performing diagnostics and maintenance on aftertreatment systems, disc and shoe brake systems, transmissions and clutches, suspension components, tires and wheels, air conditioning systems, as well as electrical and lighting systems. The ideal candidate will be capable of accurately diagnosing issues and completing repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
