The Warehouse Clerk maintains organized inventory systems that support field operations and ensure crews have the materials and equipment they need to complete projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage all warehouse and yard operations, ensuring materials, tools, equipment, and vehicles are properly logged, tracked, and accounted for. Pick, stage, and prepare materials, tools, and supplies for field crews before scheduled work assignments. Maintain inventory using established minimum/maximum stock levels and proactively replenish inventory to prevent shortages and project delays. Receive incoming materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring all receiving and inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the company's accounting or inventory management system. Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair schedules for company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment, including inspections, registrations, and routine service. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse and yard environment. Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and inventory reconciliations.
