WE ARE AN APPLIED AI LAB BUILDING END-TO-END SOFTWARE AGENTS. We're the makers of Devin, the first AI software engineer. Our team is extremely talent-dense. Building Devin is just the first step-our hardest challenges still lie ahead. If you’re excited to solve some of the world’s biggest problems and build AI that can reason on real-world tasks, apply to join us. ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll design and run events that bring people together-from candidate dinners and conference booth set-ups to R&D offsites and internal programs. You’ll also own talent operations for the R&D recruiting team, helping create streamlined processes for things to run smoothly. Some days you might be coordinating an offsite dinner for an international conference in Berlin followed by an intimate concert. Other days you’re launching a new internal referral program, planning a surprise celebration, or making sure a shipment of swag arrives before flying to your next destination. If you love creating thoughtful experiences, have strong operational instincts, and enjoy making things happen behind the scenes, this role might be a great fit.
