- Track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environments - startup or hyper-growth tech experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to context-switch across multiple executives' priorities without losing detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with senior leaders, customers, and external partners.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Proficiency with calendar, travel, and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Ramp, Salesforce).
- A proactive, no-task-too-small attitude paired with the ability to operate independently.

ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support a group of 3 Sales VPs as Cognition scales its go-to-market organization. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role: you'll be the operational backbone for a fast-moving sales leadership team, keeping calendars, communications, travel, and cross-functional coordination running smoothly so our leaders can stay focused on revenue and team growth. You'll work closely with Sales, GTM Operations, Marketing, and the broader EA team in our San Francisco office.
