We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Deployment Engineering team. This isn't a typical management role - we need someone who leads from the front, gets their hands dirty, and drives impact. You'll manage a team of Forward Deployed Engineers who are on the front lines of deploying Cohere's North platform into customer environments. You should be ready to be a force to be reckoned with.
