  • Experience creating documentation such as playbooks, process maps, or presentations through coursework, projects, or prior internships
  • Interest in workplace strategy, employee experience, or real estate operations, demonstrated through coursework, projects, volunteer work, or self-directed learning
  • Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality

As a Real Estate & Builds Intern on the Employee & Workplace Experience team, you'll spend 12 weeks contributing to a project focused on standardizing and future-proofing our real estate strategy and workplace experience. You'll work closely with Design, Builds, and Workplace Experience teams - partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes and drive consistency across our portfolio. This role offers hands-on exposure to how projects move from inception to completion, giving you a front-row seat to the collaboration, decision-making, and execution that shape our workplace.
