About the role: We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and gritty Product Lead to join our growing Product team. At Collective we are building first-of-its-kind, category-defining AI-enabled financial back-office to help millions of solopreneurs to start and run their businesses more effectively. We are looking for a Product Lead to drive Growth at Collective. As the Growth Product Lead, you will set the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across key growth surfaces. You’ll lead work across onboarding, activation, conversion, referral, and sales-assisted product experiences, helping define how product drives scalable revenue over time.
