Reporting directly to the VP of FP&A, this critical role will partner closely with the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and their leadership team to provide insightful financial guidance, drive strategic decision-making, and optimize performance across the organization. In this role, you will support a massive, global operation encompassing the Customer Success, Professional Services, Education, Enablement, Support, and Services Operations teams. With a footprint of nearly 1,000 employees and over $120M in annual spend, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality, precise financial analysis under tight deadlines. You will act as a key financial steward and strategic partner, embracing the CCO leadership team's focus on innovation, AI transformation, fiscal responsibility, and a rigorous commitment to financial precision.
